CRÉME BRÛLÉÉ CAKE


Créme Brûléé This cake is really delicious 😋 sorry just write the recipe karna wiken yg solid 😊 sebenernya really easy to make it, for his cake is free to use any cake / spice, yesterday I have the remaining egg whites so I take advantage of it. This recipe is special for 14 cm diameter pans yes, this I've fitted in really weigh the ingredients for such a pan. .

CAKE:
175 ml egg whites
50 grams of sugar
50 gr flour
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
100 gr butter (melted)
1 / 2sdt tbm / sp.

how to make : .
- beat egg whites, sugar, tbm until thick & stiff with high speed mixer.
- Enter the flour & cocoa powder while shaken with a low speed mixer, until blended.
- pour melted butter mix with spatula.
- prepare a D18cm baking pan with margarine & a thin flour
- pour batter into oven pan 30 minutes temperature 170'c (identify each oven)
- after baking the cake into 2.

BROWN MOUSSE:
100 ml Whipped cream liquid (shake stiff)
100 gr dark brown (melted)

shake until smooth whipped cream & dark chocolate.

CREAM BRULEE: (its packaging see in highlights bio ya)
50 gr Nestle Docello Créme Brûléé
125 ml whipped cream liquid
65 ml of liquid milk.

how to make : .
- heat the milk & whipped cream liquid with medium heat 3 minutes.
- turn off the fire, insert nestle docello creme brulee, mix well.

COMPLETION:.
1. prepare the unloading pans diameter 14 cm
2. take 1 part cake put on the bottom of the baking sheet,
3. Pour the chocolate mousse over the cake, then cover with the cake.
4. then pour the Creme brulee over the cake.
5. Chill and store in refrigerator at least 3 hours to set.
6. Sprinkle the palm sugar on top of it.
