Gulmer Shaved Cincau Ice

bh :

1 grass jelly board

500ml palm sugar water + 150gr sugar + 3 pieces pandan leaf knot (cook until boiling, strain)

500ml thin coconut milk

Ice cubes as needed

Method :

- shaved grass jelly then wash with cooking water

- place in 1 container, add grass jelly, + sugar + coconut milk to taste, mix well

- give enough ice cubes

- serve

- enjoy
